Are you registered with CIF or Homebond?
Yes. We are members of both the Construction Industry Federation (CIF) and Homebond.
Are you fully insured?
Yes. We have full public liability insurance.
Who supervises works carried out?
We are Project Supervisor Construction Stage certified which means that we are trained to manage and coordinate health and safety during the construction phase, legally required in Ireland under 2013 regulations.
Are you registered for VAT?
Yes. All quotes are inclusive of VAT.
Do you comply with Irish Building Regulations?
Yes. We comply with all standards including but not limited to structure, fire and energy.
Do all staff members hold safe pass and manual handling certificates?
Yes. All of our workers are required to hold up-to-date safe passes and manual handling certifiates.
